5. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

SocialPlay may offer virtual currency for use within the Service. This virtual currency:

  • Has no real-world value
  • Cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services outside of the Service
  • Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside of the Service
  • Is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • May be modified, revoked, or eliminated at any time at our sole discretion

If you purchase virtual currency or other items, you acknowledge that such purchases:

  • Are final and non-refundable
  • Are for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual items within the Service
  • Do not provide you with any ownership interest in the virtual items

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocialPlay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
